On the occasion of the merger of Schaeffler and Vitesco Technologies, MINTANO implemented a global, digital photo campaign that made the new unit possible to experience symbolically and visually. The activation was aimed at employees at all international locations — as a sign of solidarity and a new start together.

The entire campaign was carried out with the virtual photo box OneVirtual implemented by MINTANO — as a purely digital solution without physical effort. All employees were able to participate from anywhere, directly via smartphone or desktop.


Through automated AI background removal and branded overlays, all photos were presented in a consistent, professional style. There were two designs to choose from — both designed in the colors and values of the merger under the claim “Stronger Together”.
A particular highlight of the campaign was digital photo mosaic, which is live on Schaeffler website was integrated. Each photo submitted became part of a growing work of art that visualized the global team spirit.


Thanks to MINTANO's international server infrastructure, fast loading and rendering times were guaranteed, even with high volumes — from Brazil to Germany to Australia.
