AOK digitizes employee portraits with OnePortrait
Objective
The AOK has set itself the goal of providing all employees — existing and new — with a uniform, professional profile picture. These should be used, for example, in Outlook, internal tools or signatures and, above all, facilitate collaboration: because anyone who has a face in front of their eyes works more personally.
In the past, this meant time-consuming photo shoots at various locations. Today, all it takes is a QR code or a dashboard invitation to simply take pictures of yourself online — thanks to OnePortrait, the scalable platform for virtual employee photos.
